Inform the customer which table or area they have booked

Enable the feature to let the customer know which table or area they have booked

To inform guests of their assigned Table or Area, you can choose to display this information in the Booking Summary.

📌Note: This can be done on the Organisation level, meaning that it will be applied to all sites under your Organisation and you need user permission to access all sites.

To enable this feature:

  1. Click Settings, then Organisation.

  2. Click Emails.

  3. Check the Assigned Area box under Include in emails.

  4. Click Save.
