Businesses are increasingly looking for smarter ways to reduce no‑shows, secure payments, and simplify the booking experience.

With integrated payments built directly into Access Collins, venues can streamline every step, from capturing deposits to managing enquiries; while benefiting from enterprise‑grade security, modern digital wallet support, and faster, more efficient settlement.

Collins Pay benefits

You can see below the benefits of using Collins Pay:

  • Reduce no-shows: Deposits and card authorisations can cut no-show rates by 60–80%.

  • Enterprise-grade payment security.

  1. Click Settings, then click Sites and select your site.

  2. Click Payment Processor, then click Save.

📌Note: You'll need to assign each site to the new payment account.

Important matters

The onboarding process must be completed by someone with significant control and management of the business, 25% or more: please pass this on to the relevant person if that's not you.

They'll then need to complete Stripe's KYC - Know Your Customer process, which requires:

  • Type of business: e.g. Sole Trader, Limited Company, Partnership.

  • Business structure: e.g. Private, LLP.

  • Company legal business name and Companies House Registration - CRN.

  • Company registered address.

  • Personal details of beneficiaries or persons of significant control: Full name, date of birth, and residential address. If less than 2 years at the current address, please include previous addresses.

  • Details of beneficiaries holding more than 25% share and/or senior management with significant responsibility.

  • Bank account details for settlement.

Reporting & Reconciliation

Following the migration, the bank transfers report will no longer exist, as transfers will come directly from Stripe rather than from us.

Use the Collins Pay Payments Report going forward; This report includes a credit date filter to help with reconciliation.

Settlement

Funds will be settled directly via Stripe on T+3 terms.

Payouts are settled net, with transaction fees deducted at source. We'll still provide a monthly invoice for VAT purposes.
