Add a logo to your emails

Add a logo to your email to boost brand recognition, build trust, and gives your communication a professional, cohesive look.

To make your emails more personalised, you can add a logo so it becomes the header of all emails going out from the system.

To add the logo:

  1. Click Settings, then Sites and select your site.

  2. Click Emails & Texts.

  3. Click Choose file in the Logo for emails section and choose a file from your device.

  4. Click Save.

📌Note: Your logo needs to be .jpeg or picture file format to be visible in outbound emails from Access Collins. PDFs won't work in this section.
