Colors on the diary

Within your Diary grid you may see some coloured indicators:

  • A red line along the bottom of a booking bar indicates that the booking has been placed into a table or area that has a smaller capacity than the booking size.

  • A vertical orange line indicates that an arrivals limit has been reached, or they are set to zero so no auto-confirmed bookings can be made.

  • A small orange line on the booking itself indicates that the booking is in progress, it hasn’t been confirmed yet. To confirm the booking, you can simply click on the booking bar in the grid and click the green CONFIRM.

  • A black line on a booking indicates that a pre-order has been added to this booking with a certain timeslot.

  • Greyed-out areas on the Diary grid indicate that these areas or tables have been closed to online bookings.

Troubleshoot

Here is how to fix the warnings on your diary page.

Red line

A red line in your diary shows that the table can’t accommodate the booking. Just drag and drop it onto a larger table to fix it.

A vertical orange line

To adjust the vertical orange line on your diary, you’ll need to update the limit‑arrival rules; either in the booking type or in the general limit‑arrival settings.

The orange line appears when the limit arrivals have been reached or when they’re set to zero.

A small orange line on the booking

A small orange line shows the booking is pending. Select the booking and click CONFIRM to complete it.

Grey-out areas

Greyed‑out areas in the Diary grid mean those tables or sections are closed for online bookings. To reopen them, go to the Tables/Areas section and update the table opening times.
