Why automate your email messaging communications?

You can automate email responses to confirm booking reservations as well as automatically send cancellation confirmations. This eliminates the requirement for you to send manual emails, which saves time and ensures your customers are receiving consistent communications.

You can create follow-up reminder emails for pre-orders or pre-payments at customisable touch points in the customer journey, making it simple for customers to click Call to Action and finalise their requirements. Automating these communications reduces manual tasks for staff at the site level.

When should I set up email automation?

As an admin user, you can enable automated email messaging in your settings at any time. We recommend that you also customise the content to ensure it's bespoke to your brand and how you wish to communicate to your customers. You can:

  • Create and automate booking confirmation emails so the customer receives them in their inbox as soon as they've confirmed their booking or enquiry.

  • Create and automate cancellation confirmation emails for accurate communication and reduction of follow-ups after customers request a cancellation.

  • Customise and automate reminder emails to increase response rate and reduce no-shows.

  • Automate customer feedback emails to increase business performance visibility and proactively act on any negative experiences to ensure return business.

  • Reduce admin by reminding the customer to complete payment and pre-orders with automated reminder emails.
