What you can do to improve your current booking journey
Make sure you have the V2 widget live on your website. Within the Widget Wizard section, you can apply customization and you can personalise the style to suit your brand and website. Also, you can generate multiple widget codes to embed into different sections of your website for specific experiences that your venues offer.
Fill out the Booking Policies section within your booking types and make sure you've hyperlinked your terms and conditions. This ensures the customer has read the booking policy before creating a reservation. This reduces admin for staff as customers are well informed prior to their visit.
Make sure your Reserve with Google is activated within the integrations section in your Access Collins settings and sort through your booking types to manage which ones you want to go live on Google.
