If you've set up an auto-confirm booking type and it's not working, please test your booking rules.
As there are various reasons the rule may not work, to break down the cause, use the test booking rules from the Help? tab. Using this information, you can amend the settings accordingly.
We also advise that you check your other settings, to ensure they're not hindering your new booking type settings to auto-confirm:
Unavailable dates rules.
Close areas rules.
Limit arrival rules.
